We purchased this set at a warehouse club (Costco, I think.) All remote stations worked OK for awhile, that is, they responded to the large remote, although they started to require several button pushes, as though the switches were bad or failing.
Eventually two of the remote switches all but stopped responding. I could not even reliably reprogram the two remote switches to the base station.
Here is what I have deduced. The two remote switches that don’t respond are located outside, and the outside temperatures have dropped into the 20s (F). The one unit that responds reliably controls our christmas tree indoors.
This piece of garbage is marketed as being capable of being used outdoors as well as indoors. The manufacturer obviously has not tested the design for the uses for which it is being sold. I recommend that it be recalled and that you not purchase it.

Purchased this item to control my outdoor Christmas Lights. Works excellently, through the walls of my house from up to 75 feet away. Handle up to 1800 watt resistive load, which is more than enough for all of my LED Xmas lights. Only negative is that I cannot find any support on the web for the product, the Winplus website listed on the product does not have any reference to it anywhere on the site. I would like to get additional receivers for the system, but the only place that I can find them is the complete setup like above with two remotes and 3 receivers. Guess I am going to have a whole lot of extra remotes.
